《Prince Cinders》导读课教学设计

教学目标：

1. 引导学生阅读《Prince Cinders》，享受阅读乐趣，激发学生对绘本的阅读兴趣。

2. 在赏读中，通过朗读和欣赏画面，让学生感受绘本精美传神的图画和富有节奏感的文字。

3. 凭借绘本，激发学生想象力和创造力，进行故事创编。

教学准备：PPT

课堂类型：读外阅读

教学过程：

A．Before reading

1.  Show a picture of Cinderella. Guide the Ss say sth about her.

2.  Let some Ss act this story

3.  What is a prince?

T: At last , Cinderella marred with a prince. Can you say something about the prince.

[设计意图：回顾经典故事《灰姑娘》，从灰姑娘的幸福结局，引发学生们对王子的描述。]

B．Enjoy the cover of the picture book.

1.  Look ,this is also a prince. Can you say sth about this prince?

2.  Show the name of the picture book. Introduce the writer: Babette Cole

[设计意图：利用学生的定向思维与封面主人公产生反差，激发学生阅读的兴趣，介绍这本绘本的作者与插写都是同一个作者。]

C. While reading

  1. Enjoy some parts of the story ,then guide the Ss try to imagine : When the fairy comes, what will happen to the prince?

  2. Ss  show their stories in class.

  3. Continue telling the story

  4. Show the end of the story. Look at the picture : What can you see in the picture? Why? What happened to the Prince? What happened to his brothers?

[设计意图：选择绘本的两部分来给学生欣赏，在关键的地方暂停，学生先进行想象表达后再揭示原作，学生会从绘本中感受到作者与众不同的创新想法与独特之处，从而激发进一步阅读的兴趣。]

D Homework

1 Read the story.

2 Choose the favourite part ,try to introduce or act.

3 Write a new story about Prince Cinders.

( 2 and 3, choose one to finish)
