Ss try to introduce their things in groups, then introduce the deskmates’ things.
2. Exchange the students’ things.
Model: T: This watch is yours, I think.
S1: Yes, it’s mine. S2. No, it isn’t mine.
T: Whose watch is it ?
S2: It’s hers.
3. Work in pairs, make dialogues.
4. Sing a song: My shirt’s black.
C. Presentation
1 Ask questions:(1) What’s your favourite holiday? What do people usually do on/ at …?
(2) When’s Christmas Day?
(3) What would like as a Christmas present? What do you want do on Christmas Day?
2. Magic stick:
T:Do you like Christmas? If you say ‘ Christmas, Christmas , I need you.’ Christmas will coming soon? Look, what date is it now ? ( Dec. 24th) It’s Christmas Eve.
3. Show Christmas tree and Sanda.
Say a chant: Christmas, Christmas , Sanda is coming.
Red coat, red hat, carry a big bag.
Children , Children , they’re very happy,
Dance, dance, sing, sing, there’s Christmas party.
Hurry, Merry Christmas.
Let’s have a Christmas party. Sing the song: Gingle bells.
Play a game: stone- scissors –paper
(listen and answer some riddles about the words of part B)
4. (1)Read a card. Learn:

(2) Learn to write a Christmas card.
(3) Give the card to each other.

5. Learn part A: listen , rean and say.
