教学内容：Story time(P26-28)

教学目标：

1．理解故事，学生文中的相关地点类单词。

2．巩固一般过去时态，掌握更多动词过去时的规则与不规则变化。

3．培养学生乐于通过英语分享自己的旅游趣闻，激发学生在生活中主动说英语的积极性；通过对中国名胜古迹的欣赏与了解，感受祖国大好河山的美好，激发学生热爱祖国，热爱生活的意识。

教学重难点：

1．能够描述出相关名胜古迹的特点，并进行对话表达。

2．掌握一般过去时态的一般颖问句与特殊疑问句的正确表达。

教学过程：

A Warm up

1 Say a chant

2 Guess a riddle:Holiday

3 Brain storming: Say sth  about holidays.

4 Enjoy our last Christmas party.

(设计意图：让学生对过去式有进一步的感知与理解，并顺利打开本节课的话题holiday)

B Presentation

1 Show the title , Let Ss try to ask some questions about the title.

(设计意图：培养学生自主提问的意识与能力)

4 Learn Liu Tao’s hoiday.

(1)   Read and answer

3Q: Where did Liu Tao go for the holiday?

(3)   Guide the Ss retell the Liu Tao’s holiday with the mind map.
