四、教学过程：

Step 1

1.      Enjoy a song: There’s nothing like Australia.

2.      Tal about Australia:

Q: What country is it? What do you think about this country? Why do you think Australia is an interesting country? What will you find in Australia?

We’ll find some interesting cities, like Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra. What about…? Sydney is the biggest city in Australia. It’s really famous in the world. Many people visit it every year.

We’ll find some interesting animals, like kangaroos and koalas. They’re really lovely and special. They only live in Australia. What other special animals do you know? Duckbills look like ducks, but they’re not ducks. That’s really interesting.

We’ll find some interesting sport, like Australian football. It’s really exciting. Australia is a country by the sea. So people in Australia like sailing and diving. By the amazing sport, we’ll find another wonderful world. See? What will you see? It is the Great Barrier Reef.播放视频

The Great Barrier Reef is really great. What other interesting places will we find in Australia? You ‘ll find a famous big stone? What is it? It’s Uluru. See? It’s really big. But more interesting Uluru can change the colours. In different seasons, the colour is different. Maybe in Spring it’s red. But in winter, maybe it is grey. Even in a day! So I think Australia is really interesting, do you think so?

7.      Yes, we can know more from these different ways. But I think if you know very well ,you should go to these interesting places, to see, to feel. Because what’s learned from books/… isn’t enough. Doing goes deeper than knowledge. Here’s a Chinese saying:纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行！Got it?

9.      If we want to travel around the world, I think you will learn English well. Why? People in many countries speak English. I also think we will learn Chinese well? Why？Our motherland China is a really beautiful/wonderful/… country. More and more people in other countries will come to China.
